Dear Residents,
We are writing to inform you of a recently reported water leak on Crystal Road. To address this issue promptly and ensure the continued integrity of our water supply, the Kitchener Improvement District has scheduled an emergency excavation for November 11th.
Affected Area:
North side of the Highway, specifically along Crystal Road.
Schedule:
The excavation work will commence on November 11th at 9:00 AM and is expected to last throughout the day.
Impact:
Residents in the affected area may experience temporary disruptions in water service during this period.
We advise storing some water in advance for essential use during the disruption.

Please be cautious around the excavation site and adhere to any safety signs or barriers.
