Dear Residents,

We wish to inform you that the Kitchener Improvement District is currently conducting a thorough investigation to locate a potential leak in our water lines. As part of this investigation, it will be necessary for us to isolate and temporarily shut down specific sections of the town's water system to pressurize the system effectively.

Due to these necessary procedures, there may be brief periods where water service could be interrupted. We are also putting on a temporary Boil Water notice, while we investigate these issues. We understand the inconvenience this may pose and sincerely apologize for any disruptions this may cause.

What to Look Out For:

• Leaks or pooling water above ground on your property.

• Turbid or cloudy water from your taps.

Report Any Issues:

If you notice any of the above or have any concerns related to water service, please report them immediately to: Jon Delcaro at 250-977-5565 or Russell Faulkner at 250-428-6800

Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work diligently to ensure the safety and reliability of our water system. We thank you for your patience during this time.

Thank you.
